Got a logo or artwork ready? Great! Just email it through to us—we accept EPS, JPG, or PDF files.

Don’t have a design yet? No problem. Our in-house design team specialises in creating eye-catching artwork for custom merchandise. We’ll work with you to bring your brand to life across all kinds of promotional products.

Not sure if your file is the right format? Just send what you have and our team will take care of the rest!

Once we’ve received your logo or artwork, we’ll create a digital mock-up of your branded merchandise. This shows exactly how your logo will look on the product, so you can approve the design before we go to print.

Need changes? No worries! We’ll tweak the design until you’re happy—after all, it’s your brand and we want it to look its best across your custom promotional products.

Production only begins once you’ve approved the final layout, ensuring you get the result you’re expecting.

Please note: Once written approval is received, we’re unable to make changes or cancel the order. For large merchandise orders, we offer free pre-production samples so you can check the quality before we go ahead. For smaller runs, a small sampling fee may apply.

Once you’ve approved the final design, our expert team gets to work bringing your branded merchandise to life. Sit back and relax—we’ll handle the rest with care and attention to detail.

We’ll also contact you to let you know that production is underway and provide an estimated dispatch date, so you know when to expect your order.

For schools, we offer convenient invoicing (a PO number is recommended).

For businesses, pre-payment is required after artwork approval—unless you’ve set up an account with MAPS Merchandise.

Once your order arrives, please check everything within 14 days. If there are any issues or faults, just let us know in writing within this period and our team will make it right.
