Follow our quoting process to ensure the best customer service, offering the right product and decoration at the best price.

As you can appreciate, there are many factors which will influence the final price of your selected branded promotional product and we are unable to include all of these variables on our website.

To finalise your quote and place an order, complete the Quote Cart and Contact Details and which will send us an email to contact you to offer assistance, confirm your quote and place your order.

Step 1

Browse our range of products and add the items you are interested in to your Quote by clicking the ‘Add to Quote’ button, don’t forget to provide as much detail as possible. When you have finished browsing the site, click on the ‘Complete Your Details’ button, complete the form and click ‘Submit Quote Request’.

Step 2

Once your quote is submitted, a representative from MAPS Merchandise will contact you via email or phone to confirm your product choice and quantity required and to clarify the decorating details. This includes the number of colours, preferred decoration method, number of positions of decoration as well as packaging and delivery timelines. If any of these details alter the prices detailed on our website, you will be notified at this point.

Step 3

We will need you to supply your logo electronically as an EPS or PDF file. If you don’t know what that is, speak to us because we do and we can help you.

Step 4

For large orders, MAPS Merchandise can provide pre-production samples free of charge. For small orders, pre-production samples can be supplied but at the Customer’s expense. MAPS Merchandise will advise as to whether an order is large or small.

Step 5

MAPS Merchandise will always send final artwork and written confirmation of the order for your approval PRIOR to proceeding to manufacture.

Step 6

You will need to confirm in writing via email that MAPS Merchandise should proceed to manufacture and that the artwork and final quote is approved and signed off. Please note: from receipt of your written communication to us, orders cannot be cancelled or amended and the client has agreed to incur the costs.

Step 7

We ask our customer to inspect their goods within 14 days of delivery and any claim for faulty goods must be made in writing within that period.

Step 8

MAPS Merchandise will invoice your school, quoting a purchase order number if supplied.


Our Customers should be aware that:
  • Our quoting system only provides accurate quotes for the items detailed in the decoration specified.  Changes to these details is likely to alter the price from those listed on the website. When and if this occurs, a new quote will be supplied.
  • Products advertised on the MAPS Merchandise website or in our catalogues can become unavailable, out of stock or discontinued.
  • Whilst every effort is made to match PMS colours it is not always possible to match PMS colours exactly due to different branding processes and techniques and different product material.
  • Additional costs/charges may apply to “rush orders”.
